Tracking

Enhanced Multi-PRO Tracking (registered users only)
Allows you to track by PRO, your PO number, bill of lading or a custom reference number of your choosing. Our integrated, one-stop tracking handles them all with ease, speed and reliability. You don’t even need to specify what kind of number you’re entering—we’ve trained the systems to know. Just select Track from the menu, put in your tracking number, and you’re ready to go.

Track via email
Our new Dynamic Shipment Management system can automatically and proactively notify you of potentially delayed shipments—a great help for logistics managers. When signing up for shipment tracking, just select Delay as one of the events for which you wish to receive information.

If you need to know if a shipment has been picked up, delivered or delayed, our Shipment Status Notify option is your answer. This tool allows you to receive e-mail notifications about specific shipment events for any number of PROs. These events are grouped into categories: Delays, Pickup/Delivery, Movements and All. Pickup Request
Now you can schedule a pickup from the convenience of your desktop—anytime, day or night. Reports/Manifests

We offer fully featured, dynamically generated manifests and management reports. There are two primary types:

Shipment Summary/Detail Reports: historical shipment activity. These summary reports include detailed reporting that lets you drill down to trace a specific shipment, then view the documents associated with that shipment. These dynamically generated reports include historical and year-to-date data in an easy-to-read format. Detailed reports provide a more comprehensive view of information shown in a summary report, right down to the PRO level. From here, you can trace a specific shipment, then view the associated proof of delivery (bill of lading or delivery receipt).

All shipment summary detailed reports offer you the opportunity to download the data as a spreadsheet file, giving you the flexibility of controlling your own shipment information. In addition, these reports offer the convenience of a handy Format to Print option.

Manifest Reports: recent shipment activity. You can schedule manifest reports that will be sent to you via e-mail or fax. You pick the information you want, to be delivered on a schedule you select. This one-time sign-up is ideal for automatically receiving manifest reports on a regular basis. Or you can view an individual manifest report online immediately.
